Join our team at one of Atlanta’s premier luxury hotels, where exceptional service and attention to detail define the guest experience. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure our property remains in top condition, providing guests with the highest level of comfort and safety.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests to ensure a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment and fixture malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including fire safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the hotel by addressing minor cosmetic repairs, including painting and fixture replacements.
• Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to address maintenance priorities efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items and work in various conditions.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (preferred but not required).
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
