The Opportunity: AC Service Technician
Strada Services is looking for experienced AC Service Technicians to test, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems. In this role, you’ll ensure systems run efficiently, diagnose malfunctions, and provide top-tier service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions
- Perform preventive maintenance and installations
- Work with electrical systems, wiring, and circuit breakers
- Ensure all work meets safety and code compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with management and clients
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Degree or trade school certification in a related field preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot single & three-phase installations
- Clean driving record (no more than 3 points in 12 months)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekend
