Garde Manager Duties and Responsibiilities:
- Prepare a variety of cold foods according to established recipes and standards.
- Responsible for properly stocking and organizing the walk-in refrigerator.
- Ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored.
- Monitor food temperatures, storing food at safe temperatures.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen.
- Follows safety and sanitation procedures.
Garde Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen.
- Working knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation guidelines.
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Knowledge of basic culinary techniques. - Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and perform cleaning duties as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
