Requirements:
- Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Computer engineering, or similar (preferred).
- Microsoft, Fortinet, Meraki, Linux, or Cisco CCNA Certification (preferred).

- The ability to make important decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
