Duties
What's in Store for You?
- Curriculum Development: Develop creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote all-around development.
- Hands-On Learning: Design and facilitate hands-on activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth in young learners.
- Child Development Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on each child's progress, assessing their development and identifying areas for support and enrichment.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Classroom Management: Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized learning environment that inspires curiosity and promotes a positive atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all children.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- You?re 18 years old (or older) and excited about teaching young children.
- You love being outside and want to inspire kids to explore the natural world
- You?ve got a passion for early childhood education
- You have the patience, creativity, and energy to guide toddlers through their big, exciting world.
- You?re a team player who is ready to collaborate and have fun with fellow educators.
- You?re willing to get your hands dirty and make learning unforgettable! (Literally, dirt included!
Nice To Haves
- Some college credits in Early Childhood or a related field OR a degree in Early Childhood or a related field
