Yacht Broker

We are seeking experienced yacht brokers with a specialization in either yacht, catamaran, or center console sales to join the Next Generation Yachting team at Sunset Harbour Yacht Club and Marina in the heart of Miami Beach. This position offers both on-site and remote work opportunities, catering to your preferences and maximizing your potential. We are looking for active and energetic professionals who thrive in a dynamic sales environment and have at least 2 years of experience in yacht brokerage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate current market trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in buying or selling yachts, catamarans, or center console boats by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Coordinate and conduct viewings, sea trials, and inspections of vessels.
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a yacht broker with a specialization in yacht, catamaran, or center console sales.
• Strong understanding of the yacht brokerage industry, including market trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for managing sales processes (e.g., CRM systems).
