Manager - Human Resource Information Services

All Manager candidates for the Human Resource Information Services Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- An HRIS manager manages an organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). They are responsible for the software and hardware that supports HR processes, and for the data stored in the HRIS.
- Develop and maintain HRIS: Create, implement, and modify HRIS software and hardware. This includes database management, network support, and application upgrades.
- Manage data: Collect and store employee data, including personal, demographic, and compensation information.
- Create reports: Develop custom reports to help management and staff understand the workforce.
- Provide training: Train end users on how to use the HRIS.
- Support HR services: Provide support for HR services, such as benefits administration, payroll, and time and attendance.
- Manage staff: Manage subordinate staff, ensuring they meet project and department goals.
