Manager of Hospital Facilities Management
MGR - HOSP FAC MGMT
Full-Time
Manager candidates of the Hospital Facilities Management program will have the following job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning, organizing, managing and controlling of the engineering program for all hospital facilities.
- Responsible for the areas of building infrastructure systems, grounds, plant equipment operations, quality assurance, plant preventive maintenance, electrical safety, maintenance and repair requests, and repair parts purchases.
- You will plan, organize, manage and control operations of the Engineering Department.
- You will be responsible for the facility preventive maintenance program.
- You will responsible for the facilities electrical safety program.
- You will establish and update engineering policies and procedures.

Manager candidates of the Hospital Facilities Management program must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required
- · Minimum 4-6 years acute care facility experience in general hospital maintenance including management of major utility systems including but not limited to: air conditioning, heating, ventilating, electrical, plumbing and medical gases.
- · Facility management experience: 5 years as a manager/supervisor, or lead technician with 7 years total relevant experience
- · CHFM, CHC, CHE are a plus
- · Facility management experience: 5 years as a manager/supervisor, or lead technician with 7 years total relevant experience
- · CHFM certification is a plus
Compensation- Salary $32.95- $49.42 based on years of experience
Relocation- on a case by case basis
Salary : $33 - $49
