Your Impact
Next Health is seeking a Director of Retail and Product to join our corporate team. The Director of Retail and Product will play a role is pivotal in enhancing and managing Next Health’s retail operations and product lines, including clothing, apparel, and uniforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision to increase retail sales and improve product offerings across all our platforms.
What to Expect
As a Director of Retail and Product your core responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve the profitability of retail operations.
- Manage all aspects of product development for Next Health's retail items from conception through to execution.
- Oversee inventory control, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the IT and Marketing departments to develop and refine the e-commerce platform, enhancing customer experience and streamlining procurement processes.
- Partner with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure that retail environments and product designs align with Next Health’s brand and customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends to forecast needs and incorporate innovative strategies in retail.
- Manage promotional inventory to support local marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all retail operations adhere to industry standards and company policies.
- Monitor and report on retail performance metrics, providing insights and strategies to the leadership team for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work remotely and travel as needed to the corporate office for strategic meetings.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Remote with strategic days at the corporate office in West Hollywood, CA
What You Will Bring
Well qualified candidates will posses the following;
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in retail and product management, preferably within a franchise system.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry.
- Previous work in a franchise-based company.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective retail strategies that meet business goals.
- Strong experience with e-commerce and inventory management systems.
- Proven track record of managing supply chains and vendor relations.
- Creative prowess with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Expected Compensation
The expected base compensation for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000, plus benefits, with the potential for a discretionary bonus of up to 25% of the annual salary.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
