Job Summary: We seek an Office Manager with expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Human Resources (HR), and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various office functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AP and AR processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing, payments, and collections.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Handle HR duties including onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Assist with other office-related tasks as needed to support the business and its operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, with a strong background in AP, AR, Payroll, and HR.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
