Job Summary

Duties

- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, providing regular communication regarding their child's progress and school activities.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability while maximizing resources for educational programs.
- Conduct regular assessments of educational programs to ensure they meet state standards and best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance educational opportunities for children and families.
