Next Level Concierge Care is a small high-end medical practice that serves a limited number of patients who are seeking the best medical care available. We provide both preventive and acute care for patients in an executive office setting as well as remote care for patients around the country. Next Level Concierge physicians use both traditional medicine and natural / integrative medicine approaches to best meet the needs of each patient.
We are now looking to add a skilled and health-conscious individual to our office staff. We are seeking someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong focus on patient engagement and satisfaction.
Excellent skills in organizing and tracking details as well as performing standard computer tasks such as being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs, eFax and filing incoming reports will be needed.

Job Description:
- Follow up on patients’ preventive measures, testing completion, referrals
- Obtain medical records
- Fill out orders for labs, imaging, testing
- Schedule patients for appointments and other needs
- Keep inventory of supplements and supplies
- Answer and triage office phone calls
- Coordinate patient newsletter correspondence
- Manage the flow of patients in physician's office
Skills / Experience
- Interest in integrative health topics of nutrition, exercise and preventive health required.
- Social Media experience/skills preferred.
- Medical knowledge/experience ideal.
- Needs to have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities, as well as empathy.
- The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for being the face of the practice in the office setting. This professional will be the first point of contact in the office for patients coming in to be seen.
- This job requires independence and coordinating projects with clinicians in the office and off-site. Must be able to manage time and tasks on their own without much supervision.
