Responsibilities:
- Work with students in one-on-one or small-group settings to provide support in subjects like Math, English, Science, and/or Test Prep (SAT/ACT).
- Customize tutoring sessions to fit each student’s unique needs and learning style.
- Track and report on student progress to parents and the Next Level team.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes academic growth.
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve teaching methods and strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current college students, recent graduates, or professionals with a strong academic background.
- Expertise in one or more subject areas, such as Math, English, Science, or Test Prep.
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping others succeed and a patient, adaptable teaching style.
