WE'RE searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our Madison-based team in the role of Promotions Assistant. If you're looking for an opportunity to start your career in promotional sales, customer service, and consumer relations, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning the fundamentals of promotional sales, customer service, and consumer relations.
• Interacting with customers face-to-face at various retail locations.
• Setting up retail-based kiosks and pop-up events featuring branded promotional materials.
• Engaging with local individuals to promote our clients' products, services, and reputation.
• Representing our client with integrity and enthusiasm.
• Addressing common questions and handling minor objections.
• Completing, consolidating, and processing sales using digital devices.
• Tracking sales interactions and providing valuable feedback to clients.

If you're a quick learner with the ability to motivate and influence others, you'll have the opportunity to advance to a Junior Management role in a relatively short time. We value advancement based on results and capabilities, not on seniority or office politics.
