JOB DESCRIPTION :

Mid-West Family Broadcasting Group in Madison, Wisconsin is looking for a Spanish / English speaking person to be an on-air host and Production and Promotions Assistant for La Movida radio network. The ideal candidate has already been on-air at a Spanish speaking radio station and is familiar with all phases of production, sales and promotions of a Spanish radio station.

As the production and promotions assistant, you will work closely with the Program Director, Production Manager, Sales and On-Air colleagues in writing, translating, creating and producing effective marketing, sales and special events promos, announcements and other produced elements in Spanish. You will act as the primary contact for programming-related production needs of sales, social networks and marketing, regional news & weather and music services.

As an on-air host, you will be announcing and entertaining our audience, primarily in Spanish and often conducting interviews in English, so you must be fluent in both languages.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of at least three (3) years of experience with many, if not all of the duties listed in the “Job Description”. In addition, the candidate must have working knowledge of “Media Touch”, “Adobe Audition” and Microsoft business software systems. WAGES :

The compensation package will be a combination of salary, talent, and bonus and commensurate with experience. A full benefits package is available.
