Position Overview:
Next Level Pipe Lining is hiring a CIPP Lateral Liner specialized in 4”–8” pipe rehabilitation for residential and light commercial projects. This role is perfect for a skilled CIPP technician who excels in small-diameter trenchless lining, push camera inspections, and consistent quality control. Who Should Apply?
Please note: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have 2 years of direct CIPP lateral lining experience as a primary installer, foreman, supervisor, or other key roles. Pipe laying experience is not equivalent to CIPP lining experience. Entry-level opportunities are available in other roles.
Job Responsibilities: Small-Diameter CIPP Installation
- Prepare and install Cured-In-Place Pipe liners for 3”–8” lateral lines using various curing methods including UV.
- Ensure proper resin mixing, liner calibration, and curing time to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare, clean, and inspect existing pipelines to ensure proper adhesion for effective liner installation.
- Operate specialized equipment to install durable and seamless CIPP liners.
Camera System Operation:
- Operate push cameras to inspect laterals pre- and post-installation.
- Document and interpret inspection data in line with NASSCO LACP guidelines.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all installations meet stringent quality and industry standards.
- Conduct post-installation checks to verify liner integrity and functionality.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain and calibrate pipe lining tools and camera systems for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and report equipment issues promptly.
Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Be prepared to wear PPE and obtain Confined Space Entry certification if required.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area, following OSHA and EPA regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in CIPP or trenchless pipe repair with a focus on lateral lines (4”–8”).
- Certifications: NASSCO PACP, MACP, LACP certifications preferred; OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CIPP techniques, materials, and camera systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey technical information clearly.
- Safety Focused: Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Team Player: Works effectively both independently and within a team setting.
