Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your knowledge of electrical home services, to best serve our customers. Primary duties will include answering calls and booking appointments. A friendly phone voice is crucial in this position.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone systems and email, providing accurate information regarding electrical home services
- Utilize Ring voip phone system. Jobber crm, and other microsoft apps.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues related to service calls.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding schedule status, timelines, and any potential delays.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback on common issues or trends observed during interactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in front line customer service.
- Familiarity with dispatch and crm software systems is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is crucial for success in this position.
- We are looking for a friendly phone voice. A smile that comes through the phone.
- Proficiency in typing is required to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
