Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to create a skilled and motivated team.
- Implement training programs focused on food handling and service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the establishment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
