One of San Diego's most successful and dynamic organizations located in Sorrento Valley is looking for a Staff Accountant. This is a newly created position due to company growth.

  • 75K-$80K Bonus & Excellent Benefits
  • Hybrid (3 days working on-site & 2 days from home)

Staff Accountant Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of monthly accrual based financial statement for multiple entities
  • Month end close balance sheet reconciliations
  • Journal entries including accruals and prepayments
  • Variance analysis
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets
  • Communicating with all levels of management
  • Assisting external auditors
  • Special projects

    • Staff Accountant Requirements :

  • BS Accounting or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of progressive General Ledger experience
  • Experience compiling Accrual Based Financial Statements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
  • Systems savvy
