Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using AutoCAD, RouterCim, and WoodWOP
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including performing necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Conduct inspections using measuring tools to verify the accuracy of machined parts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain documentation related to programming changes, machine setups, and production runs.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a strong understanding of machining processes.
- Familiarity with CAD programming software and its application in CNC operations.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Competence in using precision measuring instruments is preferred.
