What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Accountant position at Next Level Staffing?
Next Level Professional is currently seeking a Plant Accountant for a career opportunity within a small, well-established manufacturing company outside of Rhinelander, WI. The ideal candidate should have direct experience with typical manufacturing business accounting practices and some HR and benefits support.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Five-plus years of broad experience in small business accounting.
- Cost Accounting
- Payroll Management
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, month-end and Year-end reports, and closing.
- Coordinate and support costing and inventory analysis with operations and ownership.
- Ensuring compliance with key accounting controls and policies.
Relocation or travel assistance is not available for this role. Local Candidates within the Northern Wisconsin area are preferred. Applicants interested in this opportunity must have permanent legal authorization to work in the United States. Please note that visa sponsorship, including student visas and OPT, is not eligible for this role.
