Job Description
Company located in Cudahy is looking for a Utility person on 1st shift, 8a-4p, M-F. The ideal candidate will have some flexibility in scheduled hours.
Responsibilities:
- Help to Guarantee Manufacturing Remains Smooth and Efficient
- Fill in for Any Position When Needed
- Help to Ensure Objectives and Goals are Met Daily by Working with the Floor Supervisor
- Assist with Equipment Tool Changes or Set-Ups
- Contributes to Team Wide Effort by Accomplishing Assigned Tasks
- Report all Job Related Issues to the Production Manager
- Assist in Training New Employees on How to Safely Use Machinery and Follow Procedures
- Follow All Safety Procedures
- Complete Other Tasks as Directed by Manager
- Follow Proper Quality Control Procedures and Report Any Deviation from Procedures
- Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area
- Work Overtime as Needed
- Additional Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate all machinery
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
- Fork Truck Experience
- Must have ethical conduct and a good attitude
- Results driven and show initiative
- Regular and consistent attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent
