Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to FDA regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical trials and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with research protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of accountability and ethical behavior.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the organization’s operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations for management review.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections or inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, chemistry, or regulatory affairs.
- Proven experience in compliance management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, quality assurance principles, and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for conducting thorough research and assessments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
