This role involves building scalable systems, deploying and managing infrastructure, and creating tools to optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.
- Set up, monitor, and manage alerting systems for performance and reliability.
- Deploy and manage web services using Linux , Terraform , cloud platforms like Google Cloud or AWS , and container technologies like Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker .
- Collaborate on the design and documentation of RESTful APIs .
- Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines and ensure best practices for deployment and testing.
- Manage databases, particularly Postgres , for performance and scalability.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.
