About the Role
A behavioral health organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive support and intervention services for individuals and their families. This role involves conducting behavior assessments developing intervention plans and overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including function analyses behavior assessments and skill acquisition planning.
- Oversee behavior reduction procedures and adaptive life skills training for clients.
- Train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families schools and other professionals to integrate intervention strategies effectively.
- Develop and maintain client documentation ensuring compliance with funder and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate openly with the Program Manager regarding client needs service delivery and operational concerns.
- Attend and participate in scheduled team meetings and training sessions both inperson and online.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations clinical policies and external accreditation standards .
