We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director with a strong background in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand development. This role requires hands-on execution of marketing initiatives not just team management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction industry and a proven ability to scale digital platforms and drive global brand recognition.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
• Brand Development: Position multiple brands as market leaders in the construction tech space through targeted campaigns.
• Demand Generation: Lead business development marketing campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), partnerships, and digital advertising initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative culture while stepping in as a hands-on contributor when needed.
• Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• 7 years of digital marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaignsnot just managing a team.
• Proven track record of scaling digital platforms, driving demand generation, and building world-class brands.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, analytics, and digital advertising.
• Strong ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate across departments.
• Experience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction industry is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Advanced graphic design and creative skills, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with international marketing and global brand strategies.
