Job Summary :
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects for a nationally recognized glazing contractor. This role requires ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating resources, and maintaining schedules and budgets while working closely with contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee and coordinate installers, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity of glaziers.
- Monitor resource utilization, contractual performance, and cost control.
- Track and manage project schedules in coordination with CAD, fabrication, and labor teams.
- Conduct thorough project estimates, including reviewing specifications, drawings, and take-off details.
- Attend construction meetings as needed.
- Coordinate with estimators on selected projects.
- Manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining efficiency.
- Regular travel within Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.
