What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st/2nd Receiving position at Next Level?
Follow standard operating procedures for shipping / receiving operations of received parts / orders Create and submit claims for damaged or missing freight to designated entities Responsible for careful and appropriate handling of parts to prevent damage and loss Protect all parts in accordance with established policies and directives (as applicable) Process all paperwork for parts shipped / received ensuring accuracy and in a timely manner Complete discrepancy paperwork and submit to designated departments Complete outside processing operations (as required) Complete Cubiscan operations for received parts (as required) Maintain work area in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion by following 5S procedures Meet daily assigned targets for job performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement. Perform any other duties as assigned
