Next STEPS Worldwide is an innovative and rapidly growing outpatient clinic providing comprehensive psychological, therapeutic and nutrition services for all populations across the lifespan.
Next STEPS passionately believes in a multidisciplinary team approach within an outpatient office setting. Our team consists of licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who collaborate regularly to offer the highest level of client care possible to ensure client success.
Headquartered in McKinney, Next STEPS currently has 27 locations across Texas with 17 locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, 4 locations in San Antonio and 4 locations in Austin, and 2 in Houston with more locations in various cities opening soon.
We are currently seeking a qualified full-time Director of Talent Acquisition to be a part of our dynamic team. Our Director of Talent Acquisition is vital to the success of our organization and to the success of our clients!
Compensation For Talent Acquisition Specialist Manager / Recruiter:
· Base Salary: Starting at $60,000 (Competitive salary commensurate with experience)
· Quarterly Performance Bonus Eligibility: Starting at 3% of base salary.
· Yearly Bonus Eligibility: Starting at 3% of base salary.
· Yearly Earning Potential Including all bonus opportunities: $70,000 - $90,000

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct reference checks and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Employer Branding and Networking:
- Enhance our employer brand to attract diverse talent pools.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
- Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and other talent pipelines.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
Onboarding and Integration:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote employee retention and engagement.
Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.
Human Resources Duties:
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.
HR Generalist Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and HR team to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.
HR Generalist Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, culture enhancement, and process improvement.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- HR Generalist experience. preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
