Patient Services Specialist
Location: McKinney, TX
Salary: $18–$20/hr Monthly Bonus
No Weekends

What You'll Do:
Handle incoming calls, assess needs, schedule intake appointments.
Use inside sales techniques to convert inquiries to appointments.
Collaborate with clinical teams and ensure accurate patient records.
Provide high-level customer service and support.
What You'll Need:
Prior Call Center and/or Sales experience (healthcare preferred).
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information (HIPAA knowledge a plus).
Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus!
