We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at Next Tier Concepts Inc. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading strategic business development activities and driving growth in the Department of Defense (DoD) market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies leveraging partnerships with vendors and other industry partners.
Build cohesive teams both within the BD department and externally, including between delivery teams, to bring together the right expertise and expand the existing network.
Maintain contract vehicle metrics, participate in government and association meetings, seminars, training, and outreach events.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Proven management track record - project level or higher - that illustrates success in BD, Government Program/Project management, and general management responsibilities. Excellent proposal development skills.
