The Client Success Manager is an established position within a high volume regulated Medical and Adult-use licensed
Manufacturer of Infused Products. The Client Success Manager is responsible for working with the sales manager and the
sales representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service. Primary duties include entering sales orders, new
account outreach, account follow up, sourcing material, providing updated digital assets, and helping manage account
relationships when needed.

Conduct timely, professional services of helping sales representatives manage accounts
Enter orders for accounts
Provide valuable information on existing accounts to help inform sales representatives of opportunities
Help organize the CRM so it works efficiently
Use CRM to track all forms of communication, events, and templates.
Follow up regarding new customer satisfaction after order completion
Help manage customer prices based on volume, market trends, supply vs demand, and existing brands on
client's shelf.
Help create and facilitate promotions and incentives for dispensaries and budtenders
Help generate sales leads.
Attend weekly sales team meetings and discuss sales leads, new clients, sales activity, etc.
Analyze market trends to stay current on prices, products with increased demand, etc. in order to leverage our
position in the markets
Work with Manager of Sales and Manager of processing to facilitate packaging of special orders
Work with Office Manager to help maintain accounts receivable status for clients and helping facilitate collection
efforts
Identify where clients need help with marketing efforts and provide updated digital assets for customers online
and instore menus
Help with budtender education efforts and awards associated with the training program.
Conduct outbound calls to source input material for our products
Working Conditions:
Office Environment. Must wear required PPE, including mask, hairnet and lab coat when on production floor. May occasionally require lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- 3 years of related industry experience
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education Requirements:
- 4-year degree in business administration or related field
- 5 years Industry experience
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of the State's cannabis regulatory compliance requirements.
- Capabilities with computer systems, software and hardware common to manufacturing facilities
- Competent in Record-keeping procedures relating to compliance, employees and sales data
- Possess a valid and current MED Badge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound organizational proficiencies
- Ability to conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner
- Critical time management
- Ability to identify and effectively prioritize actions and requirements.
- Deep knowledge of Cannabis and Infused products/concentrates
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time as required
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with fingers, type.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work evenings as required during Covid outbreak schedule or when adding new shifts
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
