Job Title: Customs Brokerage Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customs Brokerage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customs brokerage operations and a deep understanding of CBP regulations and the RB Systems ACE portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the creation and processing of various customs entries, including in-bonds, 7501 entries, maritime, airway, and railroad entries, as well as bonded warehouse entries/withdrawals and ISF filings.
- Manage invoice and billing processes within the RB Systems portal.
- Provide expertise in customs services and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to USMCA, import regulations, and PGAS.
- Offer exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain availability on weekends and for overtime as required (every other weekend).
- Respond promptly to phone calls and messages via WhatsApp to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide leadership and support to the customs brokerage team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with RB Systems ACE portal and familiarity with CBP regulations.
- Proficient in creating and processing various types of customs entries.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong knowledge of USMCA, import regulations, and PGAS.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
