Nextant is seeking a talented HR Operations Advisor 2 to join our client’s team. This role is a vendor and centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. Also, will be responsible for creating all requisitions within every business group. It is critical to have a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
- POC for net-new and backfill request/approval requisition requests, including facilitation of the approval and creation process.
- Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with business managers/recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
- Partner closely with business managers/admins and with hiring managers.
- Tracking and reporting end-to-end details for all open, and in process, hiring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- 2-4 years’ customer service-related experience required.
- Microsoft Office Experience (outlook/excel/word) (3 YOE)
- Communication Experience (written / verbal / discretionary / confidentiality) (3 YOE)
- Experience with Managing High Volume in a similar field (3 YOE)

100% Remote. Would prefer someone in EST but are okay with PST as well.
Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
