Nextant is seeking a motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 2 to join our client team. This role serves as the vital connection between the Capacity Planning Team and the Build Order & Fulfillment Team, ensuring stable supply-demand shaping. The position leverages data and analytics to align supply with capacity planning and customer demand while developing and implementing key metrics and performance indicators to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- High Focus on Demand – Supply shaping activities to help drive the execution and delivery of finished goods to global data centers.
- Maintain company inventory, minimizing both overstock and out-of-stock occurrences.
- Ability to analyze the supply and demand of products and forecast.
- Monitor inventory supply and design and implement tools for inventory management.
- Develop and drive internal and external key performance Indicators and metrics.
- Ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders.
- Achieve delivery performance targets as developed to support business needs, while consistently evaluating opportunities and supporting process updates to enhance supply chain performance.
- Manage and communicate tradeoffs between our supplier and business needs for managing continuous improvements and process initiatives in parallel to day-to-day business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Ops/Industrial /Manufacturing engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in related fields
- Minimum 4-7 years' supplier management experience in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing / Hardware production environment.
- Minimum of 4 years Program Management and data analytics
- Preferred Experience:
- Strong understanding in the use of MRP, Excel, Power Point, SQL, Access, and Power BI
- 4 years' supplier management experience in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing / Hardware production environment
- MS/MBA
- Microsoft Experience
- Current Experience in IT / high-tech electronics or Manufacturing / Service supply chain
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills - ability to manage competing priorities, set clear expectations, collaborate, identify objectives, develop and deliver feedback in written, oral, and presentation formats for partner teams, and senior executive management.
- Strong Project Management skills involving multiple global System Integrators and Internal partners.
- High comfort with handling multiple ongoing priorities and escalations.
- Strong customer-focus and attention to detail.
- Capable of performing complex data analysis to identify problems or opportunities to improve supply chain performance
- Skilled in Customer Relationship building, and Cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
- Strong skills and knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability to implement and drive corrective actions and efficiencies (ability to hold people accountable, and drive closure)
- Ability to work well in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes
- Support organization-wide projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility; leveraging others effectively to support internal business team goals
- Minimal travel is required.

Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $89,000 - $97,500 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
