What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and programming automation systems using Rockwell PLCs (Allen-Bradley Controllogix).
• Developing and maintaining Rockwell HMI and SCADA systems.
• Troubleshooting, calibrating, and optimizing automated equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Integrating PLC systems with industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus) and enterprise software.
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Conducting on-site testing and system upgrades to keep operations running at peak efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Programming, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Experience in Rockwell PLC programming and troubleshooting in an industrial environment (preferred).
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical system issues.
• Proficiency in industrial automation networks and controls integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be based in or near Charleston, South Carolina for onboarding and training, or willing to relocate.
• Must be able to pass a background check due to food and beverage industry regulations.
• Non-smoker, with a clean driving record (no DUIs or illegal drug issues).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel by air.
