What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and programming automation systems using Rockwell PLCs (Allen-Bradley Controllogix).
- Developing and maintaining Rockwell HMI and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshooting, calibrating, and optimizing automated equipment for maximum efficiency.
- Integrating PLC systems with industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus) and enterprise software.
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to implement innovative solutions.
- Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Conducting on-site testing and system upgrades to keep operations running at peak efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Programming, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Experience in Rockwell PLC programming and troubleshooting in an industrial environment (preferred).
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical system issues.
- Proficiency in industrial automation networks and controls integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects effectively.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be based in or near Charleston, South Carolina for onboarding and training, or willing to relocate.
- Must be able to pass a background check due to food and beverage industry regulations.
- Non-smoker, with a clean driving record (no DUIs or illegal drug issues).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel by air.
