About the Role
As the Head of Sales, North America, you'll be the first sales hire in the U.S., responsible for launching and scaling our client’s presence. You’ll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with finance leaders, and shape go-to-market strategy alongside the founders.
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and ready to lead growth from the ground up. That can build a team in the States in about twelve months.
Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. Sales: Own revenue generation and the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to expand market share.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with finance teams and C-level stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to refine messaging and enhance customer experience.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events and drive brand visibility.
- Team Building: Lay the groundwork for hiring and growing the U.S. sales team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services. Proven success selling to finance teams and executives.
- Builder Mentality: Comfortable in fast-paced environments and creating structure from scratch.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead by example and scale sales operations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work across time zones with a global team.
