NextCare is looking for a Recruiter.
Location
To join our Human Resources team in Tempe, AZ.
Responsibilities
The Recruiter is responsible for
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal clients, vendors and sources to assist with hiring efforts.
- Strong sourcing experience
- Developing sourcing strategies based on market to ensure a proper pipeline of qualified candidates
- Developing and executing materials that promote NextCare and assist in recruiting
- Developing and executing performance measurement instruments for the recruitment function
- Reviewing and selecting applicants that meet the minimum qualifications of the job
- Contacting candidates, arranging for and participating in initial interview
- Communicating candidate qualifications and follow candidates progress through interview cycle with hiring manager
- Offer and document offers of employment per NextCare policy and procedure
- Assist in the development and training of managers on employment law and NextCares sourcing and recruitment process
- Maintaining recruiting system to ensure proper tracking of applicants, candidates and hires
How you will make an impact
The Recruiter supports the organization with the recruitment of urgent care, virtual health, primary care and administrative team members.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum two years experience in human resource field; familiar with common concepts, practices and procedures related to the hiring process
Valued But Not Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: College education; AA or BA/BS degree
Experience: Working with a healthcare organization
