Here's how you'll make an impact on the team :
Drive and assist keep on track the various projects and work streams owned by the HRC Team
Assist with planning and developing project scopes
Develop and maintain project plans
Track deliverables deadlines and status
Update SmartSheets project tracking
Schedule project meetings
Create meeting agendas and communicate prior to meeting
Drive meetings when appropriate
Support project related comms
Written (Leadership, People Leaders, Workmates)
Website updates
Assist with creation of slide decks
Provide project updates to project team members, stakeholders, and P&P / PS&E leadership
Assign project resources and owners
Manage project budgets where applicable
Escalate project issues / concerns to appropriate HRC Team member(s) when needed
Pay Range :
57.00 - $63.00 / hour
