Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales Execution:- Prospect & Close Deals: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers at public sector organizations and private corporations.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize cold calling, social media, networking events, and direct email outreach to establish and grow client relationships.
- Sales Negotiation & Contracts: Structure and negotiate profitable contracts, ensuring strong gross margins and long-term client partnerships.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, IT leaders, and procurement executives, expanding client accounts over time.
- Consultative Selling: Guide prospects through the buying journey by understanding their unique needs and positioning our IT staffing and consulting services as the best-fit solution.
- Rapid Placement & Interviews: Quickly facilitate consultant-client interviews and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with consultants throughout the hiring lifecycle, from initial interview coordination to on-site client visits.
- Onsite & Event Participation: Attend client meetings, consultant outings, and professional networking events to strengthen relationships.
- Proven Track Record: 2 years of experience selling IT staffing, consulting, or professional services with a strong history of exceeding sales targets.
- Existing Client Relationships: Candidates must have established relationships with decision-makers in IT procurement, hiring managers, and executives.
- Sales Expertise: Strong consultative sales ability, with a demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
