Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer (IT) to join a dynamic IT Services team and drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, managing process documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and improve day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and documentation, combined with hands-on experience using collaboration and workflow tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a variety of process-related documentation, including SOPs, workflows, RACI matrices, and diagrams.
• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to streamline existing processes.
• Leverage Jira and Confluence for tracking, managing, and documenting processes and workflows.
• Create detailed process maps, diagrams, and procedural documentation to ensure consistent understanding and execution.
• Support process automation efforts, including the use of Power Apps and SharePoint where appropriate.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from various teams to refine and optimize processes for greater efficiency and usability.
• Ensure alignment of processes with organizational goals, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented processes using defined metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in process engineering, process improvement, or business analysis roles.
• Strong background in process documentation and workflow analysis.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.); certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence to document and manage workflows.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong attention to detail for process mapping and documentation development.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint for workflow automation and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with IT Services / IT Operations environments.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of automation concepts or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
