Job Summary / Objective :
The HR Specialist provides essential support to the HR team by managing processes, assisting employees with HR-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless HR operations. This role involves coordinating HR processes such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting benefits administration. The HR Specialist is the first point of contact for employees on HR matters, helping to foster a positive workplace culture and efficient HR service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely assistance.
- Address employee questions related to policies, benefits, time-off, payroll, and HR procedures.
- Direct complex or specialized queries to appropriate HR team members or resources as needed.
- Partner with the HR Business Partner in conducting comprehensive investigations into employee complaints, documenting findings and preparing reports.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Assist with the enrollment, maintenance, and communication of employee benefits programs.
- Help to resolve benefits-related issues by liaising with vendors or benefits providers when needed.
- Partner with the HR team in creating processes and automation to drive efficiencies across the department and enterprise.
