Job Summary/Objective: As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations within our business operations business unit. The Operations Coordinator will identify efficiencies and manage the workflows of our supply chain processes and fleet logistics, ensuring accuracy, and alignment with company goals. You will utilize your strong analytical skills and proactive approach to problem-solving, while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods, resolving any issues with vendors or transportation providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain the scheduling, routing, and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics such as fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and downtime.
  • Coordinate regular inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with drivers and logistics teams to address operational challenges and optimize routes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and other necessary documentation.
  • Support operational projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Minimum Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in supply chain operations and fleet management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain and fleet management software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong data analysis capabilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
