Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field – Required
Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant – Required
5 Years of Salesforce Experience – Required
Experience with Salesforce Digital Experiences (Experience / Community Cloud) - Required
Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) Experience - Preferred
Product management experience – Preferred
Financial Services industry experience – Preferred
Knowledge of how to negotiate, as it relates to stakeholder management
Knowledge of business operations

Want some more specifics? Here’s what you’ll be doing :
Refine and drive Salesforce Platform vision and strategy to align with overall Company objectives
Lead project-based work as a Salesforce subject matter expert
Design, develop, maintain and customize Salesforce instances including Sales and Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and present solutions on the Salesforce platform
Provide technical guidance on which Salesforce customization option align with overall Company objectives
Manage ongoing configuration and enhancement of the system to support Company objectives and initiatives
Lead implementation of new initiates and major enhancements.
Execute system configuration changes and builds, both in Sales Cloud and Digital Experiences
Lead the development team on custom development efforts, both in Sales Cloud and Digital Experiences
Conduct market and user research to identify user needs
Prioritize the product roadmap based on Company and user needs
Strategize and present ideas to stakeholders
Function as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders
Keep internal teams, customers, and stakeholders informed of the status of the Salesforce Platform integrations and enhancements
Provide direct correspondence and support for customer inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face
Assist internal team members with inquiries or issues related to Salesforce
Create presentations, educate and train clients, stakeholders and / employees
Proactively identifying areas of improvement and prioritizing backlog
Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release
