Position Specific Description
This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, testing, data analysis / reporting and other responsibilities to support product development and strategy for the Salesforce CRM platform at NEER. The Business Analyst II will be a project manager; collaborate with business units and IT colleagues in an agile working plan. There will be some ownership on special projects related to the technology, including third-party app management.
Key Responsibilities :
Able to support, execute, and augment pre-determined, structured analyses
Assists with advancement of tools through testing and augmentation / isolation of better paths forward
Works with designated counterparts seamlessly and capable of driving their priorities and needs
Provides input and some training to business users on the technology
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
Salesforce User / Administrator Experience
Agile Product Planning Experience
