A family office is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Finance and Operations Analyst in their New York City office.
Responsibilities:
- Record transactions and perform monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts using QuickBooks
- Manage third-party investment portals, overseeing daily communication to collect monthly statements, capital calls, distribution notices, and other investment-related updates
- Enter investment capital calls and fund transactions into the trade order management system
- Maintain and update internal investment workpapers for the team
- Provide support with research, project management, and execution of various family operations-related initiatives
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Required experience and proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
