A global investment bank based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as the Treasury Directory on their Liquidity Management team. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, improvement, maintenance, and review of methodologies for the Internal Liquidity Stress Test.
- Implement and oversee technology solutions to enhance treasury operations, including driving strategic data sourcing and establishing new processes.
- Drive enhancements in liquidity forecasting and conduct scenario analysis on the portfolio to identify potential risk areas.
- Collaborate with the Model Risk Management team to refine ILST model documentation, validation, and ongoing monitoring analysis.
- Analyze and assess the impacts of model and parameter assumptions (both quantitative and qualitative) used in scenario analysis.
- Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury and Liquidity Management within the banking industry
- In-depth knowledge of liquidity regulations, reporting, analytics, and the design of internal liquidity stress testing models
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, concise messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player, with experience in fostering and maintaining relationships across various departments
