Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Proactively identify and approach prospective customers in assigned neighborhoods, introducing Verizon's Fios, 5G and wireless products and services.
- Needs Assessment:
- Understand each customer's unique requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their communication and connectivity needs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about Verizon's latest offerings, industry trends, and competitive advantages through ongoing training sessions.
Sales and Retention:
- Effectively close sales while building lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance and Ethics:
- Complete all required compliance training to maintain adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Customer Support:
- Provide outstanding post-sale support, assisting customers with any product setup, troubleshooting, or inquiries.
Requirements:
- Self-Motivated
- A results-driven attitude with a desire to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
- Sales Experience (Preferred):
- Previous experience in field sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training is provided.
- Reliability:

- Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned neighborhoods.

Compensation:
Weekly Pay: Get paid weekly for your efforts and achievements.
Commission Structure:
Earn $125-$200 for every Verizon internet service sale.
Earn $75 for every wireless phone line sold.
Performance Bonuses:
