What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Trainee/Laborer position at NextGen Environmental?
We are currently looking for a new full time employee to join our NextGen team. The primary focus of the position is to provide on site help with both environmental and construction restoration jobs. NextGen focuses on radon mitigation systems/basement waterproofing/mold remediation. This position is a dual position that includes both restoration and light duty construction.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- As an employee you are a key member responsible for helping install or repair radon mitigation systems as well as mold remediation jobs
- Our company also performs basement waterproofing and crawlspace encapsulation
- Some light duty construction projects are also included
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross training in other positions
Job Requirements:
- Restoration and construction experience required
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100#
- Interpersonal skills, as you will be working with different entities for the common good
- Great leadership skills
- Be self-motivated and dependable
- Be familiar with residential construction
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Act as a regulatory arm for the companies compliance
- Be organized
- Problem solving skills
