We are looking for a Construction Manager / Project Manager with experience in wireless telecommunications to oversee AT&T swaps and modernization projects. The ideal candidate has a background in in-building construction management and experience leading field operations, vendors, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage AT&T swap and modernization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Oversee field teams, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
- Travel approximately 60% across Washington, Oregon, and surrounding regions.
- Ensure project execution aligns with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Address field challenges and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in wireless telecom construction, preferably with AT&T projects.
- Background in field operations (e.g., Field Technician) with growth into Construction/Project Management.
- Knowledge of DAS, small cells, and in-building solutions.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.
